Green Globe certifies Club Med Saint Moritz Roi Soleil, Switzerland
Club Med Saint Moritz Roi Soleil is located in the Engadine valley in the Swiss Alps. Green Globe certifies Club Med Saint Moritz Roi Soleil, the 26th Club Med Village to receive certification for its sustainability achievements.
According to Green Globe, Club Med Saint-Moritz uses 100 percent renewable energy, and features equipment that optimizes heating, ventilation, and lights. In order to optimize water management, Club Med Sait-Mortitz installed water regulators in taps and dishwashers with granule metering units. The awarded Cub Med resort sorts waste, separating glass, packaging, paper, wood, cooking oil, batteries, light bulbs, and ink cartridges, and dangerous waste.
